So have you found yourself in a situation when you are
really angry!! Like I am going to
rip, punch, kick and break sort of angry.
Or have you been really frustrated?
Like what you are saying is falling on deaf ears. Or “are you kidding me” or “have
you lost your mind” or “that’s not what I said” sort of frustrated.
Or you have been really sad and depressed? As in “I have cancer” or “I don’t know if I will ever be
happy again” or “I should probably end myself” or “I don’t know if I will be
able to eat my favorite dish” or “If I got some more time” or “Maybe I should
have done things better” or “Why me” or “Yeah, but why me then”.
Or have you been suicidal
and are contemplating it. Or have thought of it at some time in your life?
Sadly or however you might take this, but I have been in all these scenarios and every time I am in one of them I try to figure out a good way or try to conform and adapt to the situation in the best possible way. Additionally I try to keep everyone around me happy and comfortable even when others might be frustrated or even if they think otherwise. Most of the time I have not found anything that works in these scenarios.

Like with the anger case, one of the most common scenario’s
I guess we all face. “Should I yell” or “Should I just listen” or “Should I apologize and move on” or “Should I
work on not letting this happen” or “Boy that big rock looks really tempting”
to “I think I should go for a long car/bike ride”.
If you are angry at them, people will think you are an asshole.
If you are listening, people will think you are non-confrontational or simply ignoring
them and will probably yell harder.
If you try to go away from there, they will say that you
have a tendency to run away from everything. And that you are an Escapist and always run away from
situation rather than finding a solution.
To keep things short all the other scenarios too, have
similar endings as above. Maybe listening to you, your loved ones might get
really sad and depressed. Or they will try to elevate you somehow and create
more issues. Or they will just not do anything and think you will figure it
out.
Now this is the important part, almost whatever you do is not going to
work. So now the biggest question I keep running into is “Then what should I do”.
And now look I am not expert here but the toughest, hardest
and mentally taxing thing and the correct thing to do is “Do your best and move on”. If you do anything other than that you
are going to hurt yourself and others. So just be yourself, try and do the best
you can in that scenario and move on.
Because in this really small span of time which we call
life, there is nothing else you can do except make things worse for yourself. I
know it is very tough and who decides whether you did right or wrong to which
the answer is “None can decide and will
decide, because everyone is/should be busy contemplating their own actions”. Also people will think what they want to think and nothing can change their
opinion. So, it is the task that the almighty has given to you is to “keep yourself happy”, while doing the
best you can not to harm or hurt others in any way. If you can do that you are
winner. If you are not able to do it then you lose. But don’t worry because
no-one cares if you win or lose too :D
We are inconsequential, irrelevant and incapable specks in
this grand scheme. And nothing can go wrong, so why worry, complicate things
and keep yourself tensed/angry/frustrated/depressed/sad all the synonyms of unhappy,
and instead be Happy.
Cause I think that being happy is the aim and goal of our
lives and nothing else.
